Former subtropical storm Alberto is sending moisture this direction which will make for scattered storms tonight along with a better chance of heavy rainfall on Wednesday. Storms are also expected Thursday and Friday with the potential for strong storms on Friday.

Tonight, skies will be mostly cloudy with scattered showers and storms. The overnight low temperature will be a warm 70 degrees. Wednesday will be mostly cloudy with showers and storms that could bring heavy rainfall as the remnants of Alberto move into the region. The high temperature will be 84 degrees. Thursday will be mostly cloudy with scattered afternoon storms as a cold front moves into the region. The high temperature will be 86 degrees. Friday will be mostly cloudy with the potential for strong storms as a thunderstorm complex moves into the region. The high temperature will be 86 degrees.

The weekend will start out with mostly cloudy skies along with dry conditions under high pressure on Saturday. The high temperature will drop to 81 degrees. Sunday will be mostly cloudy with scattered showers and storms as a cold front makes its way into the region. The high temperature will make it to 83 degrees in the warmer air ahead of the front.
