WKU Holds Off Marshall

Marshall played Western Kentucky much tougher Saturday night than they did in early January but still came up short losing to the Hilltoppers 85-74. Marshall led 74-70 with 4:39 to play but WKU scored the games final 15 points to pull out the victory. Darius Thompson scored 20 to lead WKU while CJ Burks continued his hot streak pouring in 29 more. Marshall has it's two game winning streak snapped and will remain on the road for two more games: at UTSA Thursday night and at UTEP Saturday evening.
