PUTNAM COUNTY, W.Va. (WCHS/WVAH) — Work is set to begin on a Putnam County road slip that has caused safety concerns on October.
Sent. Glenn Jeffries, D-Putnam, said GSI Construction will begin the Red House Hill Road project in mid-October at the earliest and the end of October at the latest.
The project is expected to take two weeks to complete.
Once that project is completed, GSI will begin working on a road slip near Confidence Elementary School.
That project is expected to take about a week.
