Three W.Va. parents file lawsuit against Hope Scholarship Program

Defendants named in the suit include state superintendent Clayton Burch, state board of education president, Miller Hall, senate president, Craig Blair, house speaker, Roger Hanshaw, Gov. Jim Justice and state treasurer Riley Moore. Moore's office would be handling the program. (WCHS)
