Second arrest made in fatal Marcum Terrace shooting
HUNTINGTON, W.Va. (WCHS/WVAH) —
Huntington police have made a second arrest in connection with a shooting Wednesday in Marcum Terrace in Huntington that left one woman dead and a maintenance worker injured.
David Dwayne Moore, 41, of Huntington was is charged with accessory to murder, according to a criminal complaint filed in Cabell County Magistrate Court.
On Thursday, a juvenile female was arrested and charged with murder.
The complaint said Moore was seen leaving his residence with the juvenile suspect and leaving the scene with her on a scooter.
Moore is being held in the Western Regional Jail on $50,000 bond.
