Raleigh County deputies searching for missing teen

The Raleigh County Sheriff's Office is looking for a juvenile who they believe could be in danger.

Kaylea Dawn Bowyer, 16, is 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighs 187 pounds, according to a post on the sheriff's office Facebook page. She has brown eyes and blond, shoulder-length hair with green hair underneath. The girl was last seen wearing gray sweat pants, a lavender shirt with stars and a royal blue Under Armor hoodie with an orange symbol on front.

The sheriff's office said she was last seen in the community of Raleigh on Easter Sunday at 7:20 p.m. getting into a newer model silver Honda CRV. Police do not know who was driving the vehicle.

Bowyer is on several prescribed medications and deputies said she does not have her medicine with her. She is believed to be in danger. Anyone who has information on her location or has seen is asked to call 911 or the sheriff's office at 304-255-9300.
