Man wanted in Greenup County shooting captured
GREENUP COUNTY, Ky. (WCHS/WVAH) —
Kentucky State Police said a man accused of shooting his girlfriend in Greenup County, Ky., was arrested in Ohio.
Michael Moore, 44, of Columbus, Ohio, was captured Monday in Columbus, according to state police.
Troopers said Moore was wanted following a shooting in Greenup County on Sunday. Troopers said the shooting happened about 2 a.m. Sunday on Cardinal Point. A woman was shot with a 12-gauge shotgun in her lower back. The woman was treated and released from Cabell Huntington Hospital.
