LINCOLN COUNTY, W.Va. (WCHS) — A man faces several charges after investigators said he fired a shotgun at a man sitting in his vehicle in Lincoln County.
Jeffery Tully, 58, of Spurlockville is charged with malicious wounding, wanton endangerment and felony destruction of property, according to a news release from West Virginia State Police.
Tully is accused of shooting at Timothy Lovejoy, 61, of Spurlockville, who was sitting in his truck in the driveway of a residence along Merritts Creek Road in Griffithsville just before 8:30 p.m. Sunday.
Lovejoy suffered injuries to his arm from the incident. No other information was provided.
