HUNTINGTON, W.Va. (WCHS/WVAH) — Community members in Huntington will have the chance to honor former President George H.W. Bush.
Starting Wednesday, Reger Funeral Home and Chapel will have a condolence book for the former president that can be signed by anyone in the community wanting to honor him and leave a message for the family.
People can sign the book anytime between 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. from Wednesday through Friday at the funeral home.
"We just feel like it's important to honor people who gave so much to our country, and we just think it's really important to allow the community to have a place to come and feel comfortable and give their condolences to the family," funeral director Andrew Reger said.
The memory book will be sent to the Bush family in the coming weeks.
