The U.S. Marshals Service says a Pennsylvania man accused of threatening President Donald Trump and law enforcement officials has been arrested in Ohio.

The U.S. Marshals said 27-year-old Shawn Christy was arrested at 4:45 p.m. Friday in Mifflin Township in Richland County. Authorities with the Ohio State Highway Patrol says when he was captured he was armed with a firearm and a knife.

Christy was being sought by law enforcement for more than two months after he allegedly threatened President Donald Trump and other officials.

Pennsylvania warrants issued for Christy allege burglary, probation violation and failure to appear for an aggravated assault case.
