Beth and Craig Bowden, the parents of Trenton Bowden, 9, were the first to file a lawsuit against Nancy Boggs and the Kanawha County Board of Education, accusing Boggs of abusing their son. (WCHS)

Nancy Boggs, 66, was a former special needs teacher at Holz Elementary School in the South Hills area of Charleston. She resigned on Nov. 1, following accusations she was abusing students. (WCHS){ }{p}{/p}
