Detectives say cemetery vandalized in Lawrence County, Ohio
ROME, Ohio —
The Lawrence County Sheriff's Office said a cemetery was vandalized, causing thousands of dollars in damages.
Detectives said the Rome Cemetery located on County Road 411 in Rome was vandalized Thursday evening or Friday morning. Detectives said more than 24 headstones were toppled and caused $2,500 in damage.
Detectives are reviewing surveillance video and video recordings in the area.
