Charleston woman pleads guilty in embezzling more than $28,000

Federal prosecutors say Pamela McDaniel, 68, pleaded guilty to altering a postal money order and admitted she used her position at the Charleston-Kanawha Housing Authority to obtain the money order and embezzle more than $28,000. (WCHS)
