Amber Alert canceled after children found safe, suspect arrested

UPDATE: The Amber Alert issued for three missing children in Athens County, Ohio, was canceled early Thursday morning after they were found safe near Cleveland.

The suspect and children's father, Neil Perin, has been arrested after he was accused of taking the children following a domestic dispute.

An Amber Alert has been issued for three missing children in Athens County, Ohio, believed to have been taken by their father after a domestic dispute.

Athens police officers are looking for 4-year-old Lilly Dudas, 2-year-old Olive Perin and 6-month-old Henry Perin. Investigators believe their father, Neil Perin, 34, took the children from their home in the 100 block of East State Street following a domestic dispute.

Officers said Neil Perin has a history of violence, and is believed to be traveling in a gray 2012 Dodge Journey with the Ohio license plate GJG8892.

Lilly Dudas is described as 3 feet 6 inches tall and 44 pounds. She has blond hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a blue top, purple skirt and blue pants.

Olive Perin is described as 2 feet tall and 24 pounds. She has brown hair and brown eyes.

Henry Perin is described is described as 1 feet 6 inches tall and 15 pounds. He has blond hair and blue eyes. He was wearing a zip-up onesie with a hoodie.

Neil Perin is described as 6 feet 1 and 190 pounds. He has black hair and hazel eyes. He was last reported traveling through the Cleveland area.

Anyone with information on Neil Perin or the children is asked to call 911.
