CHARLESTON, WV (WCHS/WVAH) —
Justin Carruthers is wanted for failure to appear on an underlying charge of first degree robbery. Charleston police say Carruthers attacked a Kanawha City Steak Escape employee and stole the bank deposit bag from him. The employee was injured during the robbery and Caruthers allegedly got away with $400. Carruthers is 6'01", 335 pounds and his last known address is on 21st Street in Charleston.
Daniel Ramsey is wanted for a probation violation on an underlying child abuse resulting in injury and daytime burglary charges. Kanawha deputies say he left bruises on his 6-month-old child after hitting him with an open hand. He also allegedly told deputies he tried to hide the injuries from the baby's mother. Ramsey is 5'8", 170 pounds and his last known address is on Winwood Drive in Charleston.
Katelynn Boley is wanted for intimidation and harassment against a Kanawha assistant prosecutor. Deputies say Boley was attending a court hearing in support of a suspect and after the hearing could be overheard saying she'd like to find out where the prosecutor lives and calling her derogatory names. Boley is out on bond in Monongalia County for carrying a deadly weapon. Boley's last known address is on Rocky Lane in Cross Lanes
