CHARLESTON, W.Va. (WCHS/WVAH) — Here is an opportunity for kids to experience some safe Halloween fun indoors.
Kroger said in a news release that it will be hosting a pre-Halloween event with free activities 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday, Oct. 29, at stores including in West Virginia, Ashland, Ky., Belpre, Ohio, and Proctorville, Ohio.
Children will receive a free Halloween bag and instruction card when they enter the store. They will go to various stations for activities, including tic-tac-toe, coloring, decorating a pie pumpkin, 2-liter bowling and decorating a Halloween cookie.
As children finish each activity, they will collect candy for their Halloween bag.
