Police arrest four during drug bust in Huntington
HUNTINGTON, W.Va. (WCHS/WVAH) —
Huntington Police said four people are facing charges following a drug bust.
Anah Wheeler of Huntington was charged with conspiracy possession with intent to deliver drugs and had an active warrant for forgery, according to a news release from police. Michael Pauley of Huntington was charged with possession with intent to deliver drugs. Marcus Brown of Huntington was charged with delivery of a controlled substance and conspiracy to deliver a controlled substance. Cody Genet of Wayne County was charges with delivery of a controlled substance, conspiracy to deliver a controlled substance and had an active warrant for escape from home confinement.
Detectives with the Special Investigations Bureau served a drug-related search warrant at an apartment in the 900 block of 11th street on Friday. Police said an investigation began after there were several complaints about possible drug activity in apartment three.
Detectives seized meth, scales and packaging commonly used to sell drugs. The property owner will be issued a nuisance property letter.
