Warmer Conditions Mid-Week...Turning Wintry For The Weekend

A low pressure system passing to the south made for mostly cloudy skies across the region on Monday. Skies will be partly cloudy and dry with much warmer conditions on the way for Thursday and Friday. A strong cold front will bring rain and possibly snow with much cooler temperatures over the weekend.

Tonight, skies will be mostly cloudy but will stay dry as low pressure moves by to the south. The overnight low temperature will drop to 35 degrees. Tuesday will be partly cloudy and dry as high pressure makes its way in over the region. The high temperature will make it to 60 degrees. Wednesday will be mostly cloudy with a slight chance of morning showers as a weak front moves through the region. The high temperature will drop a bit to 58 degrees with the additional cloud cover. Thursday will be partly cloudy and dry as winds shift to the southwest ahead of the next approaching storm system. The high temperature will make it to a mild 70 degrees. Friday will be partly cloudy and dry ahead of the front with the high temperature warming all the way to 77 degrees.

The weekend will start out with cloudy skies along with rain showers as the front moves in over the region. The high temperature will make it to an early 64 degrees and will fall through the afternoon with the clouds, showers and cooler air moving in behind the front. Sunday will be cloudy with rain showers that could mix in with snowflakes as low pressure remains in place over the region. The high temperature will make it to 40 degrees.

Monday will be partly cloudy with dry conditions as high pressure starts to move back in over the region. The high temperature will warm to 47 degrees. Tuesday will be partly cloudy and dry ahead of the next approaching storm system. The high temperature will make it to 52 degrees. Wednesday will be mostly cloudy with rain showers as a warm front moves in across the region. The high temperature will make it to 55 degrees in the warmer air behind the front. Tuesday will be cloudy with rain showers as the trailing cold front moves in over the region. The high temperature will drop to 51 degrees with the additional clouds and showers.

Wednesday: Partly cloudy and dry. High 58 degrees.

Thursday: Partly cloudy and dry. High warms to 70 degrees.

Friday: Partly cloudy and dry. High 77 degrees.

Saturday: Mostly cloudy with rain showers. High 64 degrees and falling through the afternoon.

Sunday: Cloudy with rain showers that could mix in with snowflakes. High 40 degrees.

Monday: Partly cloudy and dry. High 47 degrees.

Tuesday: Partly cloudy and dry. High 52 degrees.

Wednesday: Mostly cloudy with rain showers. High 55 degrees.

Thursday: Cloudy with rain showers. High 51 degrees.
