Showers Late Tonight...Scattered Showers Thanksgiving Day...Dry Weekend

A warm front brought scattered showers early Wednesday with more showers on the way later tonight with the trailing cold front. Scattered showers will take us through Thanksgiving Day Thursday with a few lingering showers on Friday which will lead to dry conditions over the weekend.

Tonight, skies will be cloudy with rain showers that will move in around midnight. The overnight low temperature will be 44 degrees. Thanksgiving Day Thursday will be cloudy with rain showers mainly during the early part of the day. Look for a tenth to a quarter inch of rainfall with a high temperature of 60 degrees. Friday will be mostly cloudy with scattered showers as low pressure remains in place over the region. The high temperature will drop a bit to 56 degrees.

The weekend will start out with partly cloudy skies along with dry conditions under high pressure on Saturday. The high temperature will drop to 50 degrees in the cooler air behind the departing cold front. Sunday will be mostly sunny and dry under high pressure. The high temperature will make it back up to 55 degrees.

Monday will be mostly cloudy with rain showers as the next cold front moves into the region. The high temperature will make it to 62 degrees in the warmer air ahead of the front. Tuesday will be mostly cloudy with scattered showers as the front will still be out to the west. The high temperature will continue to warm, making it up to a mild 70 degrees. Wednesday will be cloudy with rain showers that could be heavy at times as the cold front moves into the region. The high temperature will drop to 58 degrees with the additional clouds, showers and cooler air moving in behind the front. Thursday will be partly cloudy and dry with high pressure making its way back into the region. The high temperature will make it back to a mild 63 degrees. Friday will be partly cloudy and dry under high pressure. The high temperature will make it to a warm 70 degrees. The next weekend will start out with mostly cloudy skies along with scattered rain showers as a low pressure system moves into the region. The high temperature will drop a bit to 66 degrees.

Tuesday: Mostly cloudy with showers. High 70 degrees.

Wednesday: Cloudy with rain. High 58 degrees.

Friday: Partly cloudy and dry. High 70 degrees.

Saturday: Mostly cloudy with showers. High 66 degrees.
