Showers Ending Tonight...Mostly Cloudy & Cooler Going Into The Weekend

A cold front brought cloudy skies along with rain showers that were heavy at times across the region on Wednesday. Showers will taper off around midnight with dry and cooler conditions as we make our way into and through the weekend.

Tonight, skies will be cloudy with rain showers that will taper off around midnight. The overnight low temperature will be 39 degrees along with breezy conditions at times. Thursday will be mostly cloudy but dry as low pressure lingers over the region. The high temperature will only make it to 48 degrees, much cooler than the past few days but only a few degrees cooler than normal. Friday will be mostly cloudy and dry with low pressure still in control. The high temperature will drop a bit to 46 degrees.

The weekend will start out with partly cloudy skies along with dry conditions ahead of the next approaching cold front on Saturday. The high temperature will make it to 50 degrees. Sunday will be mostly cloudy with rain showers moving in late as the cold front arrives. The high temperature will be 52 degrees in the warmer air ahead of the front.

Monday will be cloudy with rain showers that could be heavy at times. The high temperature will make it to 54 degrees even with the clouds and showers in the warmer air ahead of the front. Tuesday will be partly cloudy and dry as high pressure moves into the region following the front. The high temperature will warm to 60 degrees. Wednesday will be mostly cloudy along with rain showers as a strong cold front moves into the region. The high temperature will drop to 54 degrees. Thursday will be mostly cloudy with rain and snow showers as the front moves through the region and much cooler air spills into the region. The high temperature will fall to 42 degrees. Friday will be mostly cloudy and dry with low pressure still in place over the region. The high temperature will warm a bit to 45 degrees. The next weekend will start out with partly cloudy skies along with dry conditions as high pressure starts to build back in over the region. The high temperature will warm to a seasonable 50 degrees.

Thursday: Mostly cloudy with dry conditions. High 48 degrees.

Friday: Mostly cloudy with dry conditions. High 46 degrees.

Saturday: Partly cloudy and dry. High 50 degrees.

Sunday: Mostly cloudy with rain showers late. High 52 degrees.

Monday: Cloudy with rain showers. High 54 degrees.

Tuesday: Partly cloudy and dry. High 60 degrees.

Wednesday: Mostly cloudy with rain showers. High 54 degrees.

Thursday: Mostly cloudy with rain and snow showers. High 42 degrees.

Friday: Mostly cloudy and dry. High 45 degrees.

Saturday: Partly cloudy and dry. High 50 degrees.
