High pressure brought clear skies to the region and a slight warm up from yesterday. Skies will be clear tonight which will lead to mostly sunny skies and a dramatic warm up on Friday before a cold front moves into the region over the weekend for a return to clouds and showers.
Tonight , skies will be mostly clear and dry with the temperature dropping to a low temperature of 39 degrees. Breezy conditions will kick in ahead of an approaching cold front which will pump the mercury up all the way to 77 degrees on Friday under mostly sunny skies, although it will be breezy at times.
The weekend will start out with cloudy skies along with rain showers as the cold front moves into the region Saturday. Rainfall totals will be in the range of a half inch to an inch with a cooler high temperature of 61 degrees. Sunday will be cloudy with scattered showers along with a cooler high temperature of 47 degrees as cold air moves in behind the front.
Monday will be partly cloudy along with dry conditions as high pressure moves back in over the region. The high temperature will make it back up to 58 degrees. Tuesday will be mostly cloudy and dry ahead of the next approaching cold front. The high temperature will warm back to 58 degrees in the warmer air ahead of the front. Wednesday will be mostly cloudy with showers as the front moves closer. The high will be 58 degrees as the front remains to the west. Thursday will be cloudy with rain showers as the front moves in. Before the front makes its way through the region, the high temperature will be able to warm to 64 degrees. Friday will be partly cloudy and dry with high pressure making its way back in over the region. The high temperature will warm to 67 degrees.
The next weekend will start out with partly cloudy skies along with dry conditions as high pressure strengthens over the region. The high temperature will make it to a mild 74 degrees. Sunday will be partly cloudy and dry along with a warmer high temperature of 77 degrees.
