Weak upper level weather systems will move through the region tonight, Tuesday and Wednesday for scattered rain showers. Thursday and Friday look dry at this time with the potential for some heavy rain as we move into the start of the Labor Day Holiday Weekend as the remains of Harvey move into the region.

Tonight, skies will be cloudy with a chance of rain showers as a weak disturbance moves through the region, mainly to the west. The overnight low temperature will be 60 degrees. Tuesday will be mostly cloudy with scattered showers and storms as another disturbance moves through the region. The high temperature will be 78 degrees. Wednesday will be mostly cloudy with scattered rain showers as yet another disturbance moves into the region. The high temperature will be 80 degrees. High pressure will move in briefly Thursday for partly cloudy skies along with dry conditions. The high temperature will warm to 83 degrees. Friday will be partly cloudy and at this point looks to be dry. The high temperature will drop a bit to 81 degrees.

The Labor Day Holiday Weekend will start out with mostly cloudy skies along with the potential for some heavy rain showers and thunderstorms as the remains of Harvey move into the region on Saturday. The high temperature will be 80 degrees. Sunday also looks to be mostly cloudy with more showers and storms from Harvey. The high temperature will be 77 degrees. Labor Day Monday also looks to be mostly cloudy with showers and storms as a trailing cold front makes its way into the region. The high temperature will be 80 degrees.

Tuesday will be partly cloudy and dry as people head back to work with high pressure making its way back into the region. The high temperature will drop to 76 degrees in the cooler air behind the front. Wednesday will be mostly cloudy with showers and storms as a cold front makes its way into the region. The high temperature will make it to 78 degrees in the warmer air ahead of the front. Thursday will be partly cloudy and dry as high pressure moves back in over the region. The high temperature will warm to 80 degrees.
