An approaching cold front will make for partly cloudy skies along with warming temperatures ahead of the weather system. Showers and storms will move into the region by Thursday and Friday with dry conditions returning in time for the weekend.

Tonight, skies will be mostly clear with fog forming late in river valleys. The overnight low temperature will be 63 degrees. Tuesday will be partly cloudy and dry once the fog burns off with the high temperature warming to 87 degrees along with higher humidity levels. Wednesday will be mostly cloudy and dry ahead of the next approaching cold front. The high temperature will warm a bit to 88 degrees. Thursday will be mostly cloudy with scattered showers and storms as the front moves into the region. The high temperature will drop slightly to 86 degrees with the additional clouds and showers. Friday will be mostly cloudy with showers and storms as the front makes its way through the region. The high temperature will drop to 82 degrees with the clouds, showers and cooler air moving in behind the front.

The weekend will start out with partly cloudy skies along with dry conditions as high pressure makes its way back in over the region on Saturday. The high temperature will fall to 78 degrees. Sunday will be mostly sunny and dry as high pressure strengthens over the region. The high temperature will warm to 80 degrees with the additional sunshine.

Monday will be partly cloudy and dry as high pressure remains in place over the region. The high temperature will cool a bit to 78 degrees. Tuesday will be mostly cloudy with clouds and showers as the next cold front makes its way into the region. The high temperature will make it to 81 degrees in the warmer air ahead of the front. Wednesday will be mostly cloudy with showers and storms as the front moves through the region. The high temperature will drop to 79 degrees with the clouds, showers and cooler air moving in behind the front. The high temperature will warm slightly to 80 degrees with the additional sunshine.
