Skies were mostly cloudy after morning rain showers following Monday's cold front. Another cold front will move through on Wednesday for showers and potentially strong thunderstorms. Cloudy and cool conditions will take us through Thursday and Friday with rain showers that could mix in at times with snowflakes. Dry and milder conditions will return in time for the weekend.

Tonight, skies will be mostly cloudy but it will stay dry ahead of an approaching warm front. The overnight low temperature will be 49 degrees. Wednesday will be mostly cloudy with showers and storms moving in at night. The high temperature will make it to 77 degrees and there will be a chance some of the storms along the trailing cold front will be strong to severe. Much colder air will move in behind the front along with low pressure aloft that will make for cloudy skies along with rain showers that will mix in with snowflakes on Thursday. The high temperature will be an early 54 degrees and will fall through the afternoon. Friday will be cloudy with rain showers that will mix in with snowflakes at times. The high temperature will be a chilly 44 degrees.

The weekend will start out with partly cloudy skies along with dry conditions as high pressure moves back in over the region Saturday. The high temperature will be 58 degrees. Sunday will be partly cloudy and dry with a mild high temperature of 70 degrees.

Monday will be partly cloudy and dry as a warm front moves through the region. The high temperature will warm to 80 degrees. Tuesday will be partly cloudy and dry. The high temperature will drop a bit to 76 degrees. The trailing cold front will move in on Wednesday for mostly cloudy skies along with showers and thunderstorms. The high temperature will fall a bit to 73 degrees. Thursday will be mostly cloudy with showers and storms as low pressure remains over the region. The high temperature will be 70 degrees. Friday will be mostly cloudy with showers and storms. The high temperature will be 72 degrees.
