A warm front moving through the region will make for showers and storms through the evening hours. Rain showers will last into Tuesday morning, then a cold front will make for showers and storms on Wednesday. Some of the storms could be strong to severe. Thursday will bring much colder weather with snowflakes mixing in with rain showers.

Tonight, skies will be cloudy with showers and storms along the warm front. The overnight low temperature will be 55 degrees. Tuesday will be mostly cloudy after morning rain showers. The high temperature will be 71 degrees. Wednesday will be mostly cloudy with showers and storms forming along a cold front that will move into the region in the afternoon or evening. Some of the storms could be strong to severe with a high temperature of 77 degrees. The cold front will move through on Thursday which will usher in much colder air for rain showers that will mix in with snowflakes late on what will be the West Virginia Power home opener. The high temperature will be an early 58 degrees and will fall through the day. Friday will be cloudy with rain showers that will mix in with snowflakes as low pressure remains over the region. The high temperature will drop to 44 degrees.

The weekend will start out with mostly cloudy skies along with dry conditions on Saturday. The high temperature will warm to 58 degrees. Sunday will be mostly sunny and dry under high pressure. The high temperature will make it to 70 degrees.

Monday will be partly cloudy and dry as a warm front moves through the region. The high temperature will make it all the way to 80 degrees. A trailing cold front will move into the region on Tuesday for mostly cloudy skies along with showers and thunderstorms. The high temperature will drop a bit to 74 degrees Wednesday will be mostly cloudy with rain showers. The high temperature will drop slightly to 72 degrees. Thursday will be partly cloudy and dry under high pressure. The high temperature will be 67 degrees.

Wednesday: Cloudy with showers and storms late. High 77 degrees and windy.

Thursday: Cloudy with rain showers that will mix in with snowflakes late. High 58 degrees and falling.

Friday: Cloudy with rain showers that will mix in with snow at times. High 44 degrees.

Sunday: Mostly sunny and dry. High 70 degrees.

Monday: Partly cloudy and dry. High 80 degrees.

Tuesday: Mostly cloudy with showers and storms. High 74 degrees.
