The showers will change over to rain quickly for showers through much the rest of the day. The high temperature will make it to 46 degrees.

The weekend will start out with cloudy skies along with rain showers that could change to snowflakes late as the trailing cold front moves through the region on Saturday. The high temperature will be 50 degrees in the warmer air ahead of the front. Sunday will be mostly cloudy after some lingering morning snow showers. The high temperature will drop to 43 degrees in the cooler air moving in behind the departing front.

Friday will be mostly cloudy with rain showers as the trailing cold front moves into the region. The high temperature will make it to 60 degrees in the warmer air ahead of the front.
