A cold front that moved through the region brought rain and snow showers and much cooler air. The weekend will be mostly dry but temperatures will be well below normal. There is a chance of measurable snow moving back into the region by the middle of next week.

Tonight, skies will be partly cloudy and dry. It will be cold with the overnight low temperature dropping all the way to 18 degrees. The weekend will start out with mostly cloudy skies along with dry conditions on Saturday. There may be some snow showers in the southern part of the viewing area with the high temperature staying at a cool 36 degrees. Sunday will be partly cloudy and dry as high pressure moves in over the region. The high temperature will warm a bit to 40 degrees.

Monday will be cloudy with rain showers that could change to snowflakes late as a warm front moves through the region. The high temperature will make it to 52 degrees ahead of the showers. The trailing cold front will move through the region making for cloudy skies along with snow showers on Tuesday. There could be measurable snowfall even for lowlands with the high temperature dropping to 37 degrees. Low pressure will remain in place over the region on Wednesday for cloudy skies along with more snow showers. The high temperature will drop to a frigid 31 degrees. Thursday will be partly cloudy and dry as high pressure moves back in over the region. The high temperature will warm a bit to 42 degrees. Friday will be partly cloudy and dry under high pressure along with a high temperature of 53 degrees.

The next weekend will start out with mostly cloudy skies along with rain and possibly snow showers as a cold front moves through the region on Saturday. The high temperature will drop to 47 degrees. Sunday will be partly cloudy and dry. The high temperature will be 50 degrees. Monday will be partly cloudy and dry with a high temperature of 56 degrees.

Saturday: Mostly cloudy and dry with the exception of snow showers to the south. High 36 degrees.

Sunday: Partly cloudy and dry. High 40 degrees.

Monday: Cloudy with rain showers that will eventually change to snowflakes. High 52 degrees.

Tuesday: Cloudy with snow showers. High 37 degrees.

Wednesday: Cloudy with snow showers. High 31 degrees.

Thursday: Partly cloudy and dry. High 42 degrees.

Friday: Partly cloudy and dry. High 53 degrees.

Saturday: Mostly cloudy with rain showers changing over to snow. High 47 degrees.

Sunday: Partly cloudy and dry. High 50 degrees.

Monday: Partly cloudy and dry. High 56 degrees.
