A line of strong storms will move through the region during the early morning hours on Saturday. Gusty winds could cause power outages before the line moves out by late morning. Sunday will be partly cloudy with a cooler high temperature.

Tonight, a strong cold front moving into the region will turn record heat of the day into strong storms. Gusty winds could cause some damage although rain amounts should be in the tenth to a quarter inch for most areas. The weekend will start out with scattered showers on Saturday. The high temperature will be an early 51 degrees and will fall through the day with breezy conditions. Sunday will be partly cloudy and dry as high pressure moves back in over the region. The cooler air behind the front will drop the high temperature to 46 degrees.

Monday will be partly cloudy and dry ahead of an approaching storm system. The high temperature will make it to 57 degrees. Tuesday will be mostly cloudy with a few scattered rain showers as a low pressure system makes its way through the region. The high temperature will warm all the way to 70 degrees. Wednesday will be mostly cloudy with showers and storms as a cold front moves into the region. The high temperature will drop a bit to 62 degrees with the additional clouds and showers. Thursday will be mostly cloudy with showers lingering behind the departing cold front. The high temperature will drop to 52 degrees with the cooler air moving in behind the front. Friday will be mostly cloudy with showers as a wave of low pressure moves across the region. The high temperature will drop to 45 degrees.

The next weekend will start out with partly cloudy skies along with dry conditions as a warm front moves into the region on Saturday. The high temperature will warm a bit to 48 degrees. Sunday will be mostly cloudy with rain showers as the trailing cold front moves in. The high temperature will make it to 56 degrees in the warmer air ahead of the front. Monday will be mostly cloudy and dry with high pressure moving in behind the front. The high temperature will fall to 42 degrees in the cooler air mass following the front.
