An approaching cold front will move into the region tonight for showers and thunderstorms. Most areas will pick up between a quarter and half inch of rainfall. Showers will last into Wednesday morning, then another round of rain showers will move in Wednesday night that could change over to snowflakes Thursday morning.

Tonight, skies will be cloudy with showers and thunderstorms. The rain will last into Wednesday morning with most areas picking up between a quarter and half inch of rainfall. The overnight low tonight will be 51 degrees and will be windy at times. Wednesday will be cloudy after morning rain showers with the high temperature making it to 56 degrees before cooling down in the afternoon. Rain showers will change to snow early Thursday morning. The snow will have trouble sticking to warm roads but grassy surfaces could pick up between 1 and 2 inches of snowfall with the high temperature only reaching 33 degrees. It will feel colder with windy conditions. Friday will be partly cloudy and dry with the high temperature making it back to 40 degrees.

The weekend will start out with mostly cloudy skies along with rain showers on Saturday. The high temperature will warm to 57 degrees as a warm front moves through the region. Sunday will be mostly cloudy with rain showers and possibly storms as the trailing cold front moves through the region. The high temperature will make it all the way to 71 degrees.

Monday will be partly cloudy and dry as high pressure moves into the region. The high temperature will drop to 58 degrees. Tuesday will be partly cloudy and dry as cooler air continues to move into the region. The high temperature will drop again to 47 degrees. Wednesday will be mostly cloudy with snow showers as low pressure moves in over the region. The high temperature will fall to 35 degrees. Thursday will be partly cloudy and dry. The high temperature will warm a bit to 44 degrees. Friday will be mostly cloudy and dry. The high temperature will dip back down to 38 degrees.
