Danielle Snidow has brought something very fresh and new to the Charleston area, she and her husband Larry have created a relaxed and fun way for beginning artists, as well as accomplished ones to "Uncork and Create". They have teamed up with local artists to teach 2 to 3 hour art classes where all supplies are provided and participants are encouraged to bring their own wine, beer, and snacks. Participants are given step by step instruction of an inspiration painting, and leave with their very own masterpiece. It all began in the summer of 2012 with events being held at local restaurants, the response has been overwhelming which required Danielle to find a permanent space at 1031 Quarrier Street in downtown Charleston, Uncork and Create moved in November of 2012. Now hosting events 6 to 7 times a week, Uncork and Create also offers family events and private parties with at least 15 participants. "Charleston has definitely embraced the idea of Uncork and Create" says Danielle.
