Joe Stephens of Vienna West Virginia never had a toy train growing up. After giving his son his first train for Christmas, and after his wife asked him to remove it from the living room since it was still there in April, Joe decided to take it outdoors. A self proclaimed kid at heart, Stephens began building an outdoor train layout in his backyard that boggles the mind! He turned his newfound hobby into a business and opened Stephens Outdoor Railways, a full service train store featuring "G" scale "Garden Railway Trains", Lionel, HO, N-gauge, and USA Trains just to mention a few. Joe will also set up and design custom outdoor garden train layouts incorporating water fountains, koi ponds, bridges, tunnels, and whatever else you can think of. But his pride and joy is his own massive layout which has taken 6 years to create, you won't want to miss seeing it in action!
