For many years, William Foley was a welder at a local coal mine. With not much space for creativity, he decided to hang up his welding torch, and start his own business, Steel Blooming Flowers was born. Foley can create any flower in steel, in any size, in any price range, and lets you choose your stem of choice. Bare metal, painted, or lacquered, William is all about customizing his flowers for his customers. "It's fun," says Foley "It sure beats welding on a bulldozer!"
