 CONTEMPORY AMERICAN THEATER FESTIVAL Many American theaters have been reluctant to create new or controversial plays in fear of offending audiences, not so with the Contemporary American Theater Festival. CATF and its thinktheater concept look to broaden minds, stimulate conversation and create a very personal emotional experience through the plays they present.

Contemporary American Theater Festival 2007 runs from July 6 through July 29 with the plays, 1001 by Jason Grote, The Pursuit of Happiness by Richard Dresser, My Name is Rachel Corrie, Lonesome Hollow by Lee Blessing.
