Hello there! I started at Eyewitness News in October 2015 as a reporter and weekend anchor. You can catch me at 6, 10 and 11 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.
I was born and raised in Hockessin, Delaware, which is about 45 minutes from Philadelphia. I am a little far from home but I truly am a Mountaineer at heart! I graduated with cum laude from West Virginia University in December 2013 with a degree in television journalism. On graduation day, I was offered a job at WTOV-TV in the Steubenville-Wheeling area. During my time there, I was the weekend anchor and a multimedia journalist. I covered a wide variety of stories and learned a vast majority of skills - including how to anchor, reporter, produce, shoot video and edit.
While attending WVU, I was a reporter and main anchor for WVU's student-run award winning newscast, WVU News. I also interned at WBOY-TV in Morgantown, West Virginia and WDEL in Wilmington, Delaware as a one-man-band reporter.
In my free time, I enjoy volunteering at animal shelters, spending time with my family and going to the Delaware beaches.
I am very excited to be a part of the Eyewitness News team and I can't wait to share YOUR stories! If you would like to share any story ideas with me, Facebook or Tweet me, or email me at firstname.lastname@example.org
