High School Baseball: Catholic beats Buffalo; South Charleston tops Capital

Charleston Catholic and Buffalo squared off Wednesday evening in high school baseball.

It is still very early on in the high school baseball season, but teams aim to take advantage of good-weather days and squeeze in games.

Buffalo, off a 17-win season and returning all but one player, was on the road Wednesday evening to collide with Charleston Catholic, coming off a 19-win campaign.

Also, South Charleston played host to Capital.
