USA Update
Maryland... part of a parking garage under construction collapses at a mall in Bethesda. Firefighters say two people were originally trapped in the rubble, but the good news is that both of the victims were pulled out and are reported to be alive. No word on the extent of their injuries though, and investigators are still trying to figure out what caused the collapse...
Colorado... a plane crash-lands belly up. It ended up on the north side of Centennial Airport. Apparently, a flight instructor and trainee on board somehow lost control of the plane right after landing. It went off the runway and hit a ravine before flipping over. Both people on board have minor injuries. The FAA is investigating the crash... Illinois... one school in Wilmette will have you doing a double take. It has 24 sets of twins and they are all in 5th grade! Now, they are hoping for a spot in the Guinness Book of World Records. They recently figured out that a school in Iowa holds the record with 16 sets, and they have that beat. Parents have submitted birth certificates, school forms, and photos, and the Guinness people just need to verify the information to see if the school has indeed broken a record. And with that, we're sorry for being so two-faced on this USA Update. Recently Updated across the USA
