Football Scrapbook: Tom Pridemore

Leaving the quaint setting of Ansted for Morgantown was a big step for Tom Pridemore back in the mid-70s. But Pridemore evolved into the same big-time player for West Virginia University that he was for the powerful Class A Ansted Highlanders.

And once he finished up as a Mountaineer, his days on the football field were far from over. Pridemore earned a spot in the secondary of the Atlanta Falcons and enjoyed a great eight-year career.

Mark Martin visits with this West Virginia football legend in this installment of Friday Night Football Scrapbook.
