Last Update July 17, 2008 7:15 PM Indians get back in action against Seattle CLEVELAND The Cleveland Indians get back in action Friday night in Seattle after a hard-luck first half of the season. Injuries and a troubled bullpen left the Indians in last place in the AL Central at the All-Star break, 13 games behind Chicago. Seattle is in last place and 20 games out of first place in the AL West. One bright spot for Cleveland has been the hitting of Grady Sizemore. His 23 homers make him the first Indians player to lead the AL in that category at the All-Star break since Jim Thome's 26 in 2001. |
