State Wrestling Tournament-Day 2 Huntington And Greenbrier West Lead The Way

Huntington High and Greenbrier West are the team leaders following the second day of action on the mats at the 66th Annual West Virginia State High School Wrestling Tournament.
Huntington High has the lead in Class AAA while West is gunning for the Class AA-A title.
Check out the action from Friday evening's semifinal round.
The championships of 14 weight divisions in both Class AAA and AA-A will be decided Saturday evening starting at 6. Consolation round action continues Saturday beginning at 10:45.
Friday was also sectional title time for girls high school basketball in West Virginia. It was the last Friday of the regular season for boys play before sectional competition gets going next week.
It's a big weekend of college hoops as WVU and Marshall both play at home. Also, rivals West Virginia State and UC meet in what will be the last day of the regular season in the history of West Virginia Conference basketball.
