With this being the last season for West Virginia Conference athletic competition, some head-to-head showdowns that have been watched for years will soon be a thing of the past.
Thursday's meeting between UC and Bluefield State is perhaps one such matchup.
UC moves on to the new Mountain East while Bluefield heads another direction as an independent.
At Eddie King Gym, it was all UC with Evan Faulkner leading the way by scoring 24.
