The Mountaineers were defeated on the road by Baylor, 80-60. Marshall survived a scare from Rice, 71-70.
The Charleston Civic Center Coliseum was the site for plenty of great high school basketball matchups with GW, Winfield, Liberty Raleigh and Tug Valley picking up wins.
Also, South Charleston swimmer Austin Green goes for the gold in Morgantown.
