It was a productive weekend for the Mountaineers, Herd and UC. Tough games but in the end they captured victories. Next up will be ECU, Virginia Tech and West Virginia State, respectively.

Meanwhile, the West Virginia Power closed out the 2009 season with its 40th win in the South Atlantic League second half.
