Parisian and French Salad Dressing

You saw it Monday, March 20, 2000 during Eyewitness News at Noon.

Ingredients

Parisian Dressing

1 cup French Dressing (recipe follows)

4 T. chopped green pepper (or use part sweet red pepper)

4 T. chopped carrot

4 T. chopped celery

1-2 T. minced onion

1-2 T. minced fresh parsley

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Serve over lettuce.

French Dressing

1/3 c. catsup

1/3 c. sugar

1/4 c. cider vinegar

1/2 c. vegetable oil

1/4 t. paprika

dash black pepper.

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Serve over lettuce.
