1. Combine Duchesse and egg. 2. Add flour and form a smooth paste. 3. Add melted butter and mix in. 4. On a parchment lined baking sheet (or any non-stick surface) brush on a thin layer of the batter in any desired shape. 5. Bake at 400 degrees (F) until golden brown and crisp.
