Potato Tuiles

You saw it Tuesday, June 6, 2000 during Good Morning West Virginia.


Ingredients

  • 50g Duchesse (or pureed cooked starchy potato)
  • 1 large egg white, slightly beaten
  • 20g flour
  • 50g melted butter

  • Instructions

    1. Combine Duchesse and egg.

    2. Add flour and form a smooth paste.

    3. Add melted butter and mix in.

    4. On a parchment lined baking sheet (or any non-stick surface) brush on a thin layer of the batter in any desired shape.

    5. Bake at 400 degrees (F) until golden brown and crisp.
