Combine in large bowl popcorn, peanuts, and M&M's. Set aside.

Melt together remaining ingredients and pour over popcorn mixture. Stir with spoon, or you can use your hands which you will need to keep buttered.

Blend well and press into greased bundt pan. Cool and remove.

I like to make a little glaze to drizzle over cake and reserve a few M&M's to sprinkle on top of the glaze. You may need to loosen the cake with a knife before removing from pan.
