Chicken Breast Roulade Chicken Breast Roulade

You saw it Monday, December 9, 2002 during Eyewitness News at Noon.

Ingredients
  • 10 oz. skinless, boneless chicken breast
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon fresh rosemary
  • 1/4 cup cooked fresh spinach
  • 1 tablespoon chopped tomato
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs

    • Directions

    Mix ingredients.

    Place stuffing in chicken breast and roll.

    Sprinkle with additional bread crumbs.

    Bake for 40 minutes at 350 degree F.

    Slice and enjoy!
