A Huntington Couple is accused of leaving their kids home alone so the couple could go out and steal copper.
Police say Dustin Odgen and Amanda Morris-Odgen tried to steal copper from a home on Primrose Avenue, in Huntington, WV. Officer apparently caught the couple in the act and told law enforcement that their three children ages five, two, and nine months old were home alone. Amanda Ogden claims the couple hadn't had hot water for days and was trying to steal the hot water tank from an apartment where they used to live. The children are now in the custody of a relative.
