Ohio man who vandalized grave marker back in jail
March 19, 2010 12:43 PM

LANCASTER, Ohio
Authorities say an Ohio man convicted of vandalizing a woman's grave marker appears to be dangerously obsessed with her daughter.

Steven Locke of Lancaster is accused of ramming his pickup truck into another vehicle at a Burger King drive-in where the dead woman's 17-year-old daughter was with another man.

Prosecutors are asking a judge to revoke Locke's probation and send him to prison for up to one year.

The 21-year-old Locke pleaded guilty in January to vandalism. Authorities say he used a sledgehammer to demolish the grave marker of Connie Brown because her daughter refused to date him.

Locke was being held Friday in the Franklin County jail. He's charged with 10 misdemeanor counts ranging from assault to aggravated menacing. No information was immediately available on whether he had an attorney.
