McArthur , Vinton County , Ohio

The third trial for a man accused in the shooting death of another man began on Wednesday in Vinton County, Ohio.

Robert Schall, 49, of McArthur has been charged with aggravated murder, aggravated arson, aggravated robbery and aggravated burglary. The charges stem from a shooting that killed Michael Hunt, 55, in October 2011. Hunt's body was found inside of a burned out home in Laurellville.

This is the third attempt for a trial after two previous mistrials. Jury selection began Wednesday morning. Prosecutor's anticipate the trial to last three days in Vinton County Common Pleas Court.
