A suspect who fled from police after a pursuit has been arrested in Jackson County, Ohio.
Brian Miller was taken into custody Friday from a home on Tom Perry Road near Oak Hill. Miller was previously out on bond for a meth-related charge but a judge has revoked the bond. New charges will be presented to the Jackson County Grand Jury.
Officers with the Oak Hill Police Department were searching for Miller who is a suspect in a pursuit. Police said they responded to a pharmacy on Tuesday when store employees said they were involved in an altercation with the suspect. Police said they saw the suspect attempting to leave the parking lot and lead them on a chase.
Police said the suspect dumped a portable meth lab and shotgun during the pursuit. The pursuit ended when the suspect drove off the roadway and the vehicle was damaged.
Police said the he got away, but was identified and with the help of several tips, the suspect was arrested about 47 hours later. Jennifer Nelson, 27, of Oak Hill was also charged with obstructing justice in connection to the arrest.
